After the Japan incident from ATGW world, ShiroKuma woke up in a strange hotel after he fell into a portal. He was all alone and there was no way out so he decided to explore the hotel. By his way, he encountered Rush and he was about to attack the bear until the lights went out and ShiroKuma went unconscious. Then he woke up in another part of the hotel and a red little goblin. He luckily wasn’t infected.
