Flight: Her wings grow for the ability to fly, increases her speed and the ability to avoid attacks more easily.
As her magic is all focused on her flight, she cannot use any other forms of magic or other abilities while in flight.

Blinding Light: (magical) summons a bright white light , engulfing everything in a 50 foot radius in a sense of nothingness. best for escaping or confusing enemies.
She also looses the ability of sense in this burst of light, If she isn't able to escape shortly she would essentially be putting herself in danger unable to sense the opponents movements.
Passive|| As a historian, Tinley has required the ability to read at an incredible speed and able to withhold the information, remembering it from then on.

Although it takes quite some time for Tinley to gather trust in others, Once its acquired she finds herself to be Incredibly loyal to a fault. Her Gentle and soft spoken nature makes her come across as someone trust worthy, but can also make her appear weak. Given her approachable appearance she finds herself often coming off as friendly, however this isnt the case. Only around those shes been around for quite some time will she truely open up. When she does she still happens to have a small wall to protect herself. Even if she does trust the other, she keeps it to not be considered a burden.
Her Ambition is one to beat, her drive is unwavering, once her mind is set on something theres no such thing as distractions. her ability to tune out the world around her when focused is incredible. Only when physically pulled out of the situation would she ever stop anything shes working. this often comes out in her job as a historian.

Tinley is most likely considered a hermit. she hates going out of her way to talk to others, It makes it hard to meet others and make friends but she really doesn't mind it. A major introvert if there ever was, she isnt the most reliable when it comes to plans. She much rather be stuck at home or at work with her nose in a book. She also refuses to share information about herself. She knows there isnt much interesting facts about her life and if it inst interesting it isn't worth sharing. That and the fact she has the hardest time opening up

Tinley was the only child whom belonged to an elderly couple that had committed their life to their studies. Her family owned the local library in the village they belonged to. It was a massive building filled with all the books one could imagine. this is where Tinley spent most, if not all of her time, The books and the stories they held were what she considered her friends. the company they provided was much preferred over that of other people. Tho this made her incredible reserved, she did still have the love of her parents, they didnt mind their child had closed herself from the world. That meant, she was safe from getting harmed in their eyes. The young girl also flourished in her knowledge abilities. They would watch in amazment how fast she could read a massive pile of text and retain all that was written. This ability made her incredibly useful for her life in the library, even as a child she was the one writing down just about every work piece given.
As much as she loved learning, so much work was taking its toll on her. she was too young to have stacks upon stacks of the paperwork given from the villagers for any god given reason. Since her parents were overly generous to the villagers, they never turned anyone down, even if this meant Tinley was stuck with the work. It had grown too much to bare. Everyone in her village only cared about her doing their work. Being taken advantage of for a skill that wasnt that impressive, it was only the others were too lazy to do it themselves. She decided to quit, reserved herself in the loft of the library refusing to write down documents for others, even her family. That was untill she got an invitation to a far away kingdom of Ilvymore. Shed be their historian, the one talent she had as a real occupation.
she turned it down thinking it was just another way to get stuck with others work, but overtime, after thinking heavily on it she decided to accept. she packed up for the big move, ready for a change and to be of use elsewhere. a fresh new start.

* she never really got much of a childhood so she has a few childish traits that she never had the chance to grow out of
*she gets easily overwhelmed with conversations. not one to communicate much so she comes off as socially awkard.
*still sleeps with an old teddy bear. her most precious possession. it was a gift from her grandfather before passing away.
