Snow in oregon is weird and random, the weirdest is when it slightly melted and froze again, making icy cement, our neighbors were having a blast despite the bizarre conditions, also melting away due to sun and rain, only to snow again the next day because continuing to snow just doesnt happen. pretty annoying it comes & goes within hours.
