Description
Series: Left 4 DeadThis was the largest shoot I have ever done and I learned a lot. I got a lot of good shots but wanted to do more than what I got. I had so many ideas to run through but time pressure made me have to rush a bit toward the end and getting 25 people to all pay attention can be difficult. XD

That is absolutely epic XD there are not enough people who do the joke cosplays! I have YET to see a Aeris covered in blood with a stab wound. Although, I have seen a Euphemia (from Code Geass) covered in fake blood while walking around with a gun. That must've been a great shoot! I really hope I can get a big group photoshoot like that someday. Right now i'm only comfy working with up to four people at a time...

I don't usually shoot more than 6 but this was Left 4 Dead, one of my favorite games of all time. If you cosplay from it you get bonus points.

Goodness I'd love to cosplay a witch! Sitting in a corner for a few hours before someone comes close actually seems like a fun idea...the most I've had to deal with was the Soul Eater shoot at Otakon. Good lord that was insane. do you have any tips for big groups like that?

Speak loud so they can hear and beat them with your tripod until they do what you want for your shot!
Seriously though, I just spoke pretty authoritive like and loud enough so everyone could hear and then started moving them into position where I needed them one at a time. Just let them know up front that the more they pay attention and cooperate the better the final results will be on on 'film'.
