I have wanted to draw Yuuka for the longest time, but never got around to it 'till now. She's one of my fav touhous~This was a cell shading test too, it's pretty fun, but also very difficult OTL

Ooh~ She's very pretty and very nicely done! Cell shading is pretty hard and kind of complicated~ I suck sometimes at it! But all that has paid off! It's a really gorgeous drawing! I love the flowers you've put in her hand!

If you mean the stripes, yeah, they were added freehand after the shading~
