We can't tell exactly. On one hand, the human souls might rebel against Asgore like they did with Omega Flowey. On the other, they might actuallly HELP him since Frisk here's got a lot of blood and dust on their hands.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that. A simple knife in the average person's view won't do much when used as a killing tool. Frisk/Chara here, however is an ex-murderer who has obtained a substansial amount of LOVE. Sans explains near the end of a Neutral Run that the more LOVE you gain, the more you can bring yourself to hurt others which explains how Frisk/Chara one-sliced Toriel back in the Ruins.
Soooo in the end, lots of LOVE plus dangerous weapon in the wrong hands = Shit's about to go down

Their genocide run ended with Papyrus. XD meaning they still don't have enough LOVE to one-shot Undyne. XD Close, but still not enough. Asgore has not one, not two, but SIX human souls. Meaning Frisk is basically fighting Omega Flowey. Meaning that unless the human souls do rebel, Asgore has an infinite amount of health. XD

True, their LV is still around 8. Not too low, though, as it's only 3 away from LV 11 which means they can still 2hot her. As for Asgore's health? I'm pretty sure there's not that much of a difference. It's just his defense that's really high.

Asgore has the same stats as Toriel when you fight him. At least, in attack/defense department. He definitely seems to have more HP. But he has SIX HUMAN SOULS. When Flowey got six human souls, he was invincible. Only the souls rebelling allowed Frisk to defeat him. So unless the souls do that here, Frisk is gonna need a better plan than "distract then attack."

The outcome seems a bit unlikely. And even anti-climactic. XD I think Asgore wouldn't lose the will to fight just like that. He's a good guy and a teddy bear, but if he learned Tori was killed by Frisk, I think he'd still fight. Considering he declared war over Asriel's death. XD
