Drawing-wise, this is quite nice (although the wings look a little wonky; the digits are too short for him to be able to fly), and the coloring looks pretty good.
Only thing is, I can't really say it looks like Sir Meta Knight as a human. To me, it looks more like Marth cosplaying as him. Sir Meta Knight is an old warrior--you can tell it in the games from his voice, and in the anime by the timeframe (he's at least a few thousand years old, IIRC). As such, I'd imagine him to look... well, older, perhaps with some battle scars. There's also the problem of eye color: without his mask, his eyes are white. Admittedly that would look odd on a human, though, so silver eyes might work better for that.
It's great to have good drawing and coloring skills; that will never hinder your artwork. But you cannot ignore character design, as it's vital to good artwork.

You did a good job representing him as a human, keeping his more dignified traits in check while still having a bit of Kirby in his facial appearance.
