This is a product of the moderators manipulating the front page. This isn't a terrible picture, but it doesn't deserve the front page. The hand is really bad, there is WAY too much space between the pointer finger and the thumb. The neck is fine though.
And this is obviously anime/manga style as suppose to traditional art.

In general I like draw in SAI, because I bad to draw color pencils (but I like it all the same).

I don't think so, it's one of the most favourited pictures among trad category, that's why it's in the frontpage.
The author is who doesn't deserve your hate comments, it's just rude...
Plus it's both Manga style and Traditional art so the category isn't wrong at all...

She has four fingers and not even in an intentional way. I mean, I am against hating on pieces on the front page, and I am glad that she got to have a spot on the front page, but don't try too hard to defend the skill level displayed in this picture because it will be a losing battle.
