OK, let me just say that this artwork (or, at least, the castle part) was not mine... that was taken from a screen Cap in a Pokemon episode. Though I don't think said castle or it's owner will make an appearance in any future episodes because of how unimportant they were. Anyway, here is the effect in pure Text form:

While this card is face-up on the field, its name is treated as "Toon World". Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can target 1 monster you control; it is treated as a "Toon" monster as long as this card remains on the field. That monster can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon monster, in which case it must target a Toon monster for its attacks.

The purpose was to be an alternative to Toon World that did what Toon World did in the anime... turn your monsters into Toons. My PSCT-er, Alpha-Q-Dragon, had an alternative effect idea that I thought was good enough to give a mention here, so here is what his thought for the effect was:

This card's name is always treated as "Toon World". All monsters you control are treated as "Toon" monsters. While you control this card and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, "Toon" monsters you can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon monster, in which case they must target a Toon monster for their attacks.

A good alternative if you ask me, as it more accurately reflects how Toon World did the Toon-ification, but I prefer my version of the effect as it has that built-in self protection making it harder to destroy, and as such very reliable for your natural Toons. But please, give me your thoughts on witch one of there two versions of effects you would use... keep in mind that they are both Trap cards and as such slower then Toon Kingdom (as you can't play either immediately) but neither have any type of cost to there effects, there are both completely free.

And Lastly, I'm might be on a Hiatus for a while as I probably will have VERY limited internet access for an unknown amount of time... but I do have plenty of card Ideas brewing in my head (and at some spots entire archtypes) so don't think at all that I don't have any ideas, cause this is just the beginning.

Last of the Big 100 update! And since there was only 1 other Toon card in the first 100 cards (that being card 100), I figured post this at the same time I did that... which winded up being last since I wanted to do cards 1 and 100 at the same time to wrap up the update.
