Randoooom Faaaiiiil FTW ;3;

I wanted to draw... TOTALLY DIFFERENT... then I drew a random suNor doodle, I outline that, but I hated and left it colorless and opened a new pic.... and it turned to THIS ;3;

I know... HE IS NOT LOOKS LIKE THE REAL ONE ;3; he will NEVER look same IN MY ARTS ;3; I dunno why made me to draw him ;3; I just love him xD even the first impression of him was..... really bad >:T
(unlike 10th... I liked him, but not I think he is so..... I dunno I don't like him.... but 9th was loved from the first moment I saw him and still like him xDxD other doctors? ;3; I stop it now *SHOT*)
