asians rule w0000000tsomething simple here, i started the sketch in oC and finished it up in photoshop. i had started a color series a few weeks back but now that im busy with this job i really dont have much inspiration for anything -_- hope you guys like it

Well done. It looks really promising, the red is stress up by the white background, cool.
1. Try to control smudge tool (I do not know where you used it or not), some hairs are not ended nicely.
2. The neck.. Try to look at it, it needs to switch more to the right.
