Does he look familiar?It isn't Rumors, this is his older twin, Conspiracies. lol
I wanted to make twins, it just took me a while to come up with clothes for him. Surprisingly, i came up with them on the spot. XD
His personality is MUCH different though from Rumors. Conspiracies is much loud & has a more devilish personality. At school, he's the always in a group of friends & the leader, while Rumors would be the quiet one alone & tend to whisper a lot.
His 2 favorite things to do are to tease his little brother and the other, well, he knows that Rumors is in love with Echo so he likes to dress as him & flirt, tease, and just trick Echo.
The 2 foods he dislikes, carrots & peppers.
