Your line work is fantastic, you know that? It actually looks like she's wearing clothes and they're not painted on! ( that's one of my many weaknesses)
Spot on job with the shading, too. I can't say I'm a big fan of the background... but I don't dislike it either. It's simplicity keeps the eyes on the main subject...
