SF has not a bit of power to destroy humanity. It just a normal industrial company near Carpathian mountains.(its control area)
In Chapter 10, Brigadier Carter lead a group of Russian Army invented and crash SF in a few days.

Surprising I didn't realize this until the release of singularity (Chinese server only) but this is an unlockable attire after "evolving" her.

As far as I know there are only a few characters (likely three-star or higher) who have the digimind upgrade. M4A1 also unlocks a secondary weapon, which looks like an SF plasma cannon of some sort.

The criteria to upgrade them is to max out their rank and affection, unlock the neural cloud complex, collect enough data fragments, and then you can use them to upgrade them, which can be performed up to three times.

Ironic that SF has all this tech but not as much intelligence as Griffin.

Maybe it's because Griffin T-Dolls are trained to think independently thanks to their Commander?
