I hate drawing without lines, but it's rewarding ;o; so beautifulAnyway, for The theme was "Summer". I went to a Rose Festival yesterday, and thought, "Hey, that was really cool, why don't I draw roses for my Pageant picture?" So I drew Acantha, walking through a rose garden.

Although walking through a rose garden is a LOT more fun than I thought it would be. ^^
Anyway. The types of roses in this picture are:
Tuscan Sun (Orange)
Peace and Love (Pink and Yellow)
Black Ice (Red)
Prominent (Orange star-shaped)
(And yes those are really names of roses.

Wow, I walk through the garden center at Walmart, is it the same? I always love looking at the flowers, so yeah it is more fun then you would think it would be. :3

Yeah... here where I live, there's an entire garden dedicated to roses. *.* It was so pretty, and it smelled heavenly -w-

I don't know a place like that where I live, you are lucky, The only place I know like that is the butterfly house at the zoo that is 2 hours away from me.

The crazy part is, it's in the middle of the city! O_o Not the suburbs, not the outskirts, but smack dab in the middle of downtown.
