Description
...a scene from Leela's earlier life with her late mother before the war.A few details:
Both figures created from a single saved model of my Leela Teen using a new morph set that allows for aging a character from 5 years old to adult to achieve the mother-daughter likeness.
Lighting is provided by only one Advanced Ambient light for the skylight and one Distant light for the sun.
Vignette effect created with an Atmospheric Camera.
Created and rendered in Daz Studio 4.6 (no postwork).

Wonderful, I admire your work having tried annd given up on 3D modelling. I'd love to have seen Leela wearing socks like her mum.

...the Advanced Ambient Light is a new type of light available for Daz Studio. Forr the best explanation of how it works I would check it out on their site.
One aspect I really like is that it is not as much a system drain duing rendering as IBL, therefore much short render times. It also has falloff and a means of flagging surfaces for how a particular surface is to be lit.
