Evolves into Drango when Festifae is in the party.

Dex: Its diet consists of the sweetest things possible; berries, honey, cakes, etc. These Pokemon have a constant sweet scent and their bodies are pleasantly squishy. As such, it has to be careful it doesn't get snacked on. These little dragons show up at the start of the Sakura Festival with the hope that they will evolve and become stronger. Can be seen hanging out with Festifae.

Festifae - The Blossom Pokemon
Height: 0' 10'' - Weight: 2.0 lbs.
Abilities: Flower Veil, Fairy Aura

Does not evolve.

Dex: Docile and shy in nature, these fairies live in cherry trees their whole lives, tending to their home with magic and helping the blossoms bloom on time. If they do make an appearance, it's during the Sakura Festival, and even then it's pretty rare for them to show up. They do however get along quite well with Hanamini. At the end of the season, Festifae will gift its dragon friend a petal from their heads. Don't worry, the petals always grow back.

Drango - The Dango Dragon Pokemon
Height: 6' 05'' - Weight: 327.8 lbs
Abilities: Cute Charm, Aroma Veil. - Hidden Ability: Friend Guard

Evolves from Hanamini when Festifae is in the party.

Dex: Its feelings of gratitude for Festifae's gift overflowed and evolved it into Drango. Enthusiastic and highly sociable, this sweet dragon loves to make friends and celebrate. Drango is considered the unofficial mascot of the Sakura Festival and is said to be a bringer of good luck if you have one on your team. Its fairy breath is sweet like sugar and is often used to make shimmering desserts. During the festival, Drango will seek out the Festifae that helped it evolve and hang out with the fairy until the season ends.
