cute! I love the pose and silliness of the crossover(?)
the main critique I can offer you is that a lot of your lines seem very shaky/sketchy for a finished piece. you may want to enable the stabilizer feature if your program has one to help keep things smooth. i'd also like to mention how awesome the hand looks! hands are super hard t odraw for me and this one looks very good. 
i. your shading shares the same wobbly quality as your linework. it may also benefit from a little more contrast and colored tinting
ii. in places like the ring on his hook, the eyes, and the markings on his body, it may do some good to color the lines on the highlights and markings, or omit them entirely. it may help to add a little more flow to this piece and help the viewer's eye travel across it more easily uvu
