Tools: SAI + Photoshop CS2Rofflll. Lazy drawing so I can practice coloring. =3=; Haven't updated my ouran gallery folder so here's a lazily drawn Hikaru~
And I don't believe in creative deviation titles anymore. 8D;

...hmmm i like this one, the style is quite original to me actualy(aka not copied/ traced from anime or manga...which is getting kinda old/boring/slightly annoying) i like how you did the hair too. great job!

Ahh. Colors... One good way to fight that is to use color palettes. 8D; That's how I overcome my color fears. You can type color generator into google and make palettes like that.
And as for the skin color, I have a lot of sets of skin tones and all of them were collected by copying and pasting different pictures and using the eyedropper tool. ;3; It's a good way to get an idea of what colors to use and where I guess. //copycatninjaspeaking.

...I do that. XD I just get scared when the color I suck out looks to be too red or too orange to use. then I get scared. XD;; but I'm working on a new one and I use colors I leeched off shel yang so... XD;
