The lighting is a bit harsh, cold, detached. Beautiful as you are (and you are) I feel a disconnect what you want to be. If you want to be an Ice Queen (as in the fairy tale by Andersen) you should choose colder colours to match the archetype. As someone to fall in love with, I would choose warmer colours. More red, you looking into the camera; that might have a more alluring quality.
