Entry 784: Continued research. Only a few types of paranormal forces have the ability to bleed against the force of gravity. It is usually a sign of high levels of ethereal power and instability. I must tread carefully. This virus spreads randomly, selecting targets with apparently no provocation, reason, or connection with the victims. Usually the only evidence of her presence is destroyed computers and sudden disappearances, though a few scraps of skin and traces of "static" in the surrounding atmosphere have been recorded. With no witnesses or survivors to provide insight, I'm operating mostly on previous knowledge and laptop remnants, making this investigation difficult. I must not stop hunting it, however. Too many innocents have suffered, and their deaths must be honored and recounted for in order for their souls to move on. I have enough ghosts to deal with in the first place, I don't need any more.
