I did a raffle a while back to celebrate 200 followers on twitter and this was the winner for the raffle. Rather than having a character reference, he provided a logo which i didn't expect but not mad about. In fact I was pretty excited to suggest to turn the logo into a character- a mascot?? My initial idea was something along the lines of vocaloid or UTAU but with more street fashion and slight futurism, since he produces music, so you'd best believe that I was listening to a bunch whilst i was drawing this- for inspiration ofc. Buuuut I ended up with a rip from girls frontline instead... ╭( ๐_๐)╮might as well roll with that aesthetic and include a barcode and some numbers for the hell of it, the thing she has strapped over her shoulder started to look a little plain. What would that be? A case? A deck? A big ass sword with unconventional and probably impractical handle? Who knows ʅ（´◔౪◔）ʃ
But hey, vocaloids and UTAUs typically have their own style so I guess that makes sense, but even then you can tell there's a running theme across the earlier vocaloid lineups...
Overall, this was pretty fun to do, even finished it within the same day the raffle was closed, but delayed it for 2 days to edit the video..
