Thanks for submitting to the #Belle-Art Critique Wanted folder!
First off, I think the lighting on the water around her is done quite well, kudos for that.
Secondly, I don't think the 'confetti' (or the square, silver blocks), fit very well with the background. There's slightly too much going on here.
With the skeletal fish, I think they're too bright, especially with the very dark shadows - try darkening parts of them in the shadow to create a more realistic look.
The bubbles, while quite good, also look out of place. darken them in the shadows, and add lighting where necessary.
Overall, it's an alright deviation, but there are a few problems with the lighting and theme.
