Louis is sly, often ripping people out of their money, at least the nobles. He's kinder towards children or people who are poor and have families. He's kind of two faced, often putting on a smile for people but then talking badly about them behind their back. But that only really pertains to people outside the circus family. This fox can be a flirt, especially if it helps him get something that he wants.

History:

Louis was born in Roquelaure to a Ninetails mother and an Arcanine father. He had an older Growlithe sister who went on to inherit the family's bakery. The young Vulpix at the time had grander ideas at his young age, always thinking that he'd do his own thing in life and not what his family expected him to, much to their disappointment. One day while out doing errands for his family, Louis spotted someone in the street, a performer. The Vulpix stopped and watch as the performer did magic tricks. Inspired, the young Vulpix went up to the street preformed and asked him to tell him everything he knew. Of course, teaching him such things would take time, and the magician felt that he needed to pass down his techniques before he passed on. So from that day forward, Louis became the magician's apprentice, learning his tricks and techniques. His parents didn't approve of their son's chosen profession, often pushing him towards working in one of the factories and making real money. He did, but as soon as work let out he went to the old magician to practice some more.

A few years passed and the old magician finally passed on after teaching Louis everything he knew. Though the now teenage boy was distraught when his old friend and teacher died. But his family was relieved over the old man's death, thinking that their son would finally straighten up and focus on his job in the factory. But he did just the opposite. When he had heard his family's true feelings of his old friend's passing, he ran away. Louis had packed what little belongings he had into a bag and snuck on the first ship to Frealian. Once there, the Vulpix felt lost and alone. For a while he worked odd jobs here and there, preforming on the streets from time to time. He wondered through a market one evening when he came across a fire stone. At this point he would often steal from others, pickpocketing or snatching items off tables, and with the stone catching his attention, it met the same fate. Though upon touching the gem, he quickly evolved into a Ninetails. The shop keeper obviously upset over the now useless stone tried to catch him, but he managed to easily escape.

After Loius evolved, he was sure to stay away from that one shop keeper, but he continued his lifestyle. Until one day, a older man came across him during one of his magic shows. Finding the boy rather gifted, William Golbatty offered the Ninetails a job at the circus. Liking the idea of once again belonging to something, he agreed and went with William to where the circus was staying. Louis was quickly introduced and welcomed into the circus' family, where he helped with performances and new ideas for the shows. Thinking of Louis as his own son at this point, William taught him everything he needed to know about managing the circus as they traveled across the empires. But, just as his previous mentor, William too passed away. Fortunately, Louis was not alone in his passion this time. Taking on the responsibilities, the Ninetails now manages the traveling circus as they put on shows for everyone across Pokelia.
