Minesculesque beings enveloped by
A giant esoteric haze,
gracefully
into the slow darkness.

A leviathan, damned to float above the surface of
the water, above the sewer pipes
and the asphalt-trodden gutters.

They say that life abounds with raindrops.
The lovely musk that lingers steep
Permeating the ersatz glow
of the celestial body that ravages the old

A city lingering in the night
with streams of sinewy dew that clings
evanescent and decrepit light.

Took this picture in the rain and saw this beautiful fog, passing by. I have wanted for a long time, to capture the contrast between the budding metropolis in this area and the traditional, now decrepit townhouses. I guess I have fulfilled that need, however, there might be more.
