Full size it <3many ask me how i do lips so here it is : D
few easy steps or you can extend it and add more shades and more highlights, making it as detailed as you like.
For males I only color top lip and for females I do both ^^

Have fun trying... Have you tried Gimp? That might be the next best option and I hear that its free to use. (I use a Mac, so I've only heard from people that Gimp is Free)
