Thought I'd get this up early...

Name: Peachii (civilian name was Momo. She can't remember her surname)
Age: "Forever 14"
Likes: Peaches, cute things
Dislikes: Other magical girls

Backstory: Peachii is a scrapped magical girl. She and her entire world were created by an animation studio, and she was meant to be the star of an adorable magical girl show. She was supposed to have it all; friends, family, love, power-ups, merchandise, a movie...But of course, she didn't quite know this. All she knew at the time was that she was important and supposed to be very powerful. And, as in the real world, her first episode aired, Momo was a happy, sweet little girl, with many friends.
Unfortunately, it wasn't to last. In the real world, the first episode of "Magical Peachii" was released at one of the worst times: right up against the finale to an insanely-popular show. Hardly anyone watched the episode, and this immediately caused the head executive to pull the plug on the show. Peachii's adventures would never be.
In Momo's world, things began to go wrong. The entire town, landmarks, animals, people, everything began to dissolve, from the bottom-up, into an inky blackness that vanished into the darkening sky. Momo, so far unaffected, was unable to do anything as the entire town, somehow sensing that she was important, begged her to do something, to save them. Momo didn't know what was happening or what to do. So she ran.
When she reached her house, she saw her parents were nearly-gone themselves. But instead of screaming at her to save them, they told her to escape. To run away, save herself, find a way out of this decaying place. Momo, panicking as she noticed that she too was finally decaying in the same manner, transformed and, with one blast of magic, tore open a hole in her world. She escaped to the real world just as her own world and everyone in it completely died, became pitch blackness.
It was then that Peachii noticed that, in her magical girl form, she was able to keep from decaying. So, she stayed in that form for always, constantly focusing her magic to keep her form intact, keep from dying. As she wandered around the real world, she saw promos, merchandise, other magical girl shows...and she became jealous and bitter.
Why did they get to live? Why did they get something she didn't? Why did their worlds survive while hers died before it could truly live? Why didn't she get a chance? These feelings ate at Peachii's mind until, finally, her heart was filled with jealousy and hatred.

Personality: At first glance, Peachii seems to be a typical young girl. She seems cheerful, always-smiling, and energetic...Seems.
In reality, Peachii is an awful, mentally-unhinged brat who not-quite-secretly hates other magical girls. Her smile is a facade, to try and appear as cute and innocent as possible, to play up her magical-girl nature. She's fond of other such childish behaviors--stomping her feet and pouting when upset, whining, giggling and cheering over the most simple of pleasures. And while most of that is her true personality, the rest of it is, again, an act to fool others.
She's pretty eager to see how the upcoming contestants in the tournament do...and even more eager to see them lose. It'll be like the best show ever for her!

Notes:
* Peachii rarely uses her actual magic attacks (which are shown as simple energy-blasts). A little magic causes her to start to decay into black smog-like gunk--more and more magic will make her decay ever faster. She won't go back to her whole form until she stops and calms down. She will also start to decay if she gets too angry; again, only calming down restores her to normal.
* That said, she mostly prefers to use her Peach Rod as a physical weapon, in close-range combat.
* No "eye-shinies"--eyes look rather dull/creepy.
