Today, April 3rd, is H-Falcon 's birthday, and out of several of my work in progress projects involving these two, this one struck an emotional cord, and so we decided it being such a special concept to him, that it would be a perfect gift for a special occasion.

I have been immensely enjoying working on illustrations for his fanfic "The Joy of Joy" because it has such a deep rooted connection in our own relationship, and it being so incredibly hard to be away from him, being in a long distance relationship, because of Covid, it is a much needed distraction and outlet. These kinds of emotional and romantic illustrations are always an important outlet for me when I am unable to express my feelings in a physical sense with the one I love, and so the concept of sharing within the mind and connecting on a deeper, more spiritual level with the one you trust and love, has always been an important concept to the both of us.

And of course, a song to go along with the illustration: "Let Go - Imogen Heap (Frou Frou)"
