May I ask, what type of paper do you use to get such a clean, smooth quality?

I use layout paper, it's very good for markers!

Is there anything you would recommend for colored pencils? I'm terrible at paper choices.

For colored pencils I suppose that the choice is yours, so much possibilities with different papers
