I am so happy with this piece \o/ I think I did my best job ever on the skin, and I like the lights and border This makes me want to work in photoshop more and more.

I can't seem to find who I got the brushes for the stars, border and sky from. I'm so sorry!!!

Done in Photoshop 7. It took about 2-3 hours.
