Thanks! Yes I do think their blank faces lend well the the imagination, that and I just wasn't satisfied with the look on the book cover, it wasn't how I had pictured her.

oh wow, I love it! that's very beautiful. whoever ripped the corner is a jerk >.< I've had that happen at school myself when they did artshows (back when i was in highschool) my work always got damaged by people in some way. *sigh* people are so mean. and besides, who would want to ruin something as beautiful as this? good job.

thank you so much. The lack of facial detail was because I suck at faces and because I didn't want to intrude on anyone else's idea of what Jaenelle and Daemon looked like.

I'm happy someone else has that hang up besides me... I'm always timid about drawing Daemon since I know everyone has their own idea of him, and mine can't always match up with other people's.
