Since its been raining here, I thought I'd make a picture featuring rainy weather in one of the cities from the 'Genesis' story I'm working on. Novus Regere is the ultra-urbanized capital of the planet.I drew my inspiration from Argon City from 'Tron: Uprising' and digital paintings by the artists who worked on environments and planets for 'Revenge of the Sith.' Overall, I'm pretty happy with the end result.
