I like the atmosphere in this one, I think its more fitting for the portraiture category than conceptual, since the emphasis to me is more on her
maybe if she was more engaged with her surroundings it would be more conceptual to me, or if there was some other element in it.
also watch out for blown out highlights especially in white clothing, you loose details, there. You could always take a photo with 2 exposures, one under and one over exposed, and blend them in the areas that are either blown out or lost
