Narzissa claimed herself a pony she actually could relate to in few ways and treat him not as simple slave but as a rare gem among non changeling race. She still can be mean and dominating but she actually cares for him even if she showes it in strange ways and sometimes she likes to humaliate him or treat him like one of her slaves from hive. Jasper on the otherhand dosnt really mind it and he enjoyes her company and strange treatment. Those 2 are not married or even official GF and BF but Narzissa did offer him the Charmer Contract which is actually a rare gift to recive for a male from a charmer female. And almost non existant for a non changeling
