Considering we only have accouple of armors released in the Halo 4 line thus far, and some of this looked really nice but was also not ever released ingame (but seen on Demarco in spartan ops), I really wanted to nab the figure. My issue was how absolutely digusting I found the helmet to be. I mean, I couldn't stand how it looked, like the majority of the helmets in Halo 4. So, I did some cutting, sanding, and replacing to create a pretty poorly executed redesign, but oh well. Was fun to make, and I enjoy it much more than the actual helmet.Original:

- wow the blue!. I relay think this guy could go for a good round with a gundam marker, the majority of the palting details is obscured by the solid color.
Demarco and this spartan by extension is wearing the Bulk legs, recruit arms and the 'soldier' set. somewhere between the high quality modle they use in spartan ops and the game models 343 decided to remove the Bulk's assortment of pouches...much to my dismay. my only guess as to why is because the hip stored 'sidearms' would have cliped through the pouches on the right thigh.
Glad to see we've got similar feeling on the Soldier helmet ( crashlegacy.deviantart.com/art... ) If its one thing I hate about the H4 helmets its how few sport a nice classic sized visor too many are going with alternative visors or out right forgetting to have visors.

Oh, I didn't paint it, I only painted some black areas. Back when I did this, I was pretty much completely out of paint. There's no way it'd have the bad metallic dry brushing all over if I repainted it.

I don't see how it's poorly redesigned, It looks pretty cool to me. He reminds me of Carter. (Commando Helmet)
