Description
Since I'm not able to take custom commission for the Ti Long's, I've decided to make it an open species, and also make the base psd file downloadable for a small coast. However, I have some basic rules for you before you use it.

* You May NOT Remove my watermark by the tail. If I find any work using this base without it, I will report you and also send a HUGE hoard of angry followers at you.
* You May NOT Sell as adoptables unless I have approved it. I will keep a list under this deviation where you will be added if I accept it.
* You May NOT Claim as your own. My name must always be mentioned in the description if this base was used.

* You may make just as many Ti longs as you want after the first download
* You may give a finished colored Ti Long to friends, but not the base.
* You may add accessories to the base, and slightly change the base, but keep it recognizable please.
* You may color it any way you want, remove the stripes and make it speckled, or color it like a rainbow. Go wild

* You may draw the Ti Long on your own and design it as you please, I won't ask for heavy credit, but I'd still like my name to be mentioned for creating the species.
