I got some sunglasses and pretty much broke them, and then shaped, cut, & glued foam around the lenses to match the catwoman glasses/goggles shape, and just painted the foam.

Yes, I made them after Arkham city.
I broke up some sunglasses, and designed around them the shape I wanted out of foam, and painted it with acrylic paint.
