I really like this piece. The use of colour is fantastic and id blended well throughout the painting, which adds to the impact.
The reflections of the trees in the water are pretty much spot on (apart from maybe the furthest birch tree to the right, which doesn't jut out at quite the right angle, but is close enough not to make any difference), and the ripples and waves in the water have been painted perfectly.
The brightness of the painting, and the contrast of dark and light make it stand out to the viewer, which makes it much more compelling, and I particularly like the use warm colours contrasted with cooler colours.
One thing I think could be improved upon are the birch trees on the island, which I think look slightly cartoon due to the black outline, and so maybe should be softened to fit it in better with the overall style of the painting.
Overall a really impressive painting that looks like it took a long time to create!

That is fantastic work. I love these calm colors of light green, blue, yellow and pink- very good color combination. Moreover, You have an interesting technique of painting... from the first sight You see only the main color picture, when You start peering closer, it feels the harmony and how difficult it was to paint every detail.
