I've been watching a lot of instructional videos on how to work on painting and have been playing with "less than more" economy brush strokes. The only thing I really regret with this painting is that i accidentally drew the dimensions pretty small. It's not my favorite piece, or strongest, I think, but I wanted to finish it and follow a ->thumbnail -> color/value thumbnail -> sketching -> painting.

I love how the colors and the brush strokes make you feel like you're in a silky dreamy haze
but time has stopped just at this moment, like you can reach out and touch the tears
(or bubbles! ; v; but i saw them as tears)
