ive expressed my love for colosseum before but it was very minor because i only uploaded espeon and umbreon here

here's the context if you have no idea what colosseum is:
colored doodle: ok so wes was a member for a gang that specialized in stealing pokemon and right at the beginning of the game he's like screw team snag'em and blows up their base and steals one of their machines for stealing called a snag machine. he later starts to steal pokemon again but he has a good reason this time (there's this type of pokemon exclusive to the series called shadow pokemon and they are bad)
small doodle: in the first city of the game, after you rescue a girl named rui these snag'em members confront them and is like "yo wes you're a piece of shit for betraying team snag'em give us the snag machine or prepare for battle". i never understood that scene because instead of wasting their time getting their asses kicked by an espeon and umbreon they could've just attacked him and take the snag machine by force
