Because no matter what you think and believe, this is, again, YOU shoving YOUR religion down somebody else's throat. And that is NEVER okay.
Not everyone is fucking xtian. STOP IMPLYING IT. It is NOT okay to treat a purely religious thing as something universal for every-fucking-one. Not to mention it's immensely arrogant.

However.... in addition. I have encountered - and keep encountering - shitloads of people who are legitly not xtians, and yet they go with the flow of the shitmas spam. And that never ceases to fucking astonish me! I mean, seriously, don't you guys realize what this "holiday" is about? It's in its fucking name, ffs. There's no such thing as "I'm not xtian, but I'm celebrating xmas" - or well, at least there shouldn't be. Regrettably, people seem to see no problem with that. Regrettably, even some of my Satanist friends celebrate it. Don't get me wrong. It's up to you really.... but it saddens me greatly because I hate to see friends taking part in this disgusting so-called "holiday", the mere existence of which is, quite honestly, an insult to us as Satanists / Luciferians, to our faith, and to our Gods. Not to mention that nowadays it's turned into a fucking peak of the consumer culture and that's literally spitting in the face of Nature and all those poor other species who are struggling to survive while humans exchange the next shitload of pointless, needless toys to bury their heads and dull their minds into. Shame on you all.

Just saying, however. This is NOT in any way against people who celebrate the Winter Solstice. They know, the Winter Solstice is the real thing, the one true holiday in this time of the year - and they know, I hope, that the Winter Solstice is not in any way related to xnity - in fact it was stolen and corrupted by xnity. No, the Winter Solstice is not about some imaginary jackass being allegedly born from a virgin. No. It is about the darkest time of the year, the shortest day and respectively the longest night, the peace and serenity of Nature as it slumbers, the beauty of the Dark, the reign of Night, the Northern Lights, and the first day of Winter.
