My Surreal Girl series are usually colored in black or grey, while a color or a limited combination of colors that glow through them tell a story or expresses an emotion

This image appears to be %100 percent Traditional art. As the art work itself is shown on a sheet of paper surrounded by physical art tools. And yet this Deviation has been categorized as 'Digital media'.
What am I missing here? I want to say that this image looks so amazing in real life, That it looks like it was done by computers. But after noticing the Categorization, I'm not sure if everything I see her is natural.
Is this Traditional art? Or Digital Art?
