He he I shal but BB Is not mine to wear but the gal who commissioned me for him. I will be going as Optimus Prime and Knockout and perhaps also my verry own OC Laserbot while I am there.

I imagine making so much will consume a lot of time, they don't look easy to make (at least to me they don't XD)

they do take some time. Bumblebee helm there took me a day to make. Knockout 2 days. one for the patturn the next for constructing the final piece.
These are easy tho compared to full on Mecha costumes like the Jazz one. That Animated Jazz cosplay took 10 months from concept to finish.

There are many diff types of costume making out there. But the most comon and effective I have seen as of late if you also want to build your costume on a budget is by using foam sheets (among other materials), the material I construct my "Helmhats" out of there but then Wrapping said foam in fabric. I have seen this Technique create some wonderful results at lower costs.
an example of this is Mirai's costume Breakdown.
I would go read the info that board has to offer. there are many helpful resources in there on where to buy what to buy and how to create your costume. I would also just go through and pick a style you like to go with and find somone who made a costume using that technique and go through their worklog to see how its done! The board is like a Matrix (pun intended) of information for you!
