DAZ Studio - Iray - Photoshop - NIK Collection

I am sorry I was mostly inactive lately: have been spending all my infrequent 3D time adjusting skin surfaces for GF2 after the upgrade to DAZ Studio version 4.9. I have changed the approach compared to what I did in 4.8, and this is a test in outside lighting. Some of the settings are still work in progress, and further adjustments are due. There are also a few things in this image, which I now think could have been done better.
Reason for the title is simple: longitude and latitude are set for Malibu, 6:00 PM on June 20th 2016. It was either that or South Beach. It is too hot in Florida, so T decided on the Pacific coast.
Any thoughts and suggestions are always welcome.

The only thing you should change here is add a little more wetness to her. She looks a little too dry, unless she just got in the water and haven't been splashing around in it, then I wouldn't change it.Β

I absolutely agree. I usually rely on top coat for skin sheen, as I still haven't found a special product that I would really like for that. But I also prefer softer shadows, which in turn negate the sheen effect. So in the end I had to choose what I prefer more: sheen and sunshine or less sheen and overcast.

Great work on the skin and water. Β This is my first time seeing your character, and judging by her eyes she's seen a lot of things and is still wary of them. Β Will have to see her backstory.
