My photomanipulation. This one imagines differences between day and night. Both of them have an amazing feelings. you can choose what is your favourite one... do you prefer day or night?
I like this manip, because I created it about 4 hours. I couldn't imagine how it'll looks like. The finnal version is good in my opinion.

I love the sky in the background. It has a dark mood to it, and the sky makes it so it isn't too dark. It kinda draws your eye in.

That image has lots of potential but for that kind of representation more complex lighting games must be used in order to grant it an authentic Night&Day blending effect. Also the star brushes do not really seem to fit there.

I like the lighting effects. Question: did you want the cieling to represent the night sky? If you did, and those things up there want to be stars, I'd suggest making them a little brighter (then again, maybe my screen is too dark?)

This is beautiful; the contrast between the deep blues and black stands out nicely. It reminds me of Nightwish or Evanescence...maybe you should design their CD jackets...
