Description Samantha Grey (c)
Riese "Dusk" Kiff (c)

So, while my creative juices are still going and I have the urge, but I have to be patient about a couple plots I've got running through my head, I went ahead and did some more Dusk/Samantha peril/bad flirting fanart. Once again, god only knows whose fault it is this time, they find themselves tied and shackled in yet another death trap, this time a buzzsaw tearing into the log that they're locked to. Obviously, their captor seems to think that the buttons are too far away, but a wiggle of the rear and a little stretching, and voila! Sam's tail puts a stop to a that nasty little blade.

Of course, little miss half-demon does still have a bit of a gallows sense of humor, so it's hard to tell if she's seriously flirting with Riese, or if she's just making some really dumb jokes about all this being a date. Given how much of a fail both of their romantic lives (or lack thereof) are in general, I could almost bet it's both. In the meantime, we're treated to more dumb back and forth banter between the two of them in another close shave.

Hope you enjoy, .

It is obvious the succubus side of Sam

*laughs* She really really really wishes this wasn't the case, but there is a reality that she doesn't like to talk about much:  She's technically attracted to just about anything that moves.  Suppressing that is part of why she's so surly all the time.

Hell, that part of her finds GOTH sexy.

Really I can't imagine the awkward flirtation between those two

As a rule, she catches herself most of the time before she starts flirting with someone she'd really rather not.  With Riese, things got complicated because of their match against each other, that damnable kiss and some of the subsequent shenanigans.  As a result, she's generally found, increasingly, that she isn't willing to stop flirting with Riese, even though there's still a fair amount of confusion and even a little animosity about their past.  At this point, though, I sort of figure after "Descent" where she brings Dusk back, it's less likely to be active hatred like at first and more distrust, annoyance and snide bickering between them, laced with a demon flirting and a girl trying to figure out if she wants to spurn or accept the advances.
