First of all, this is absolutely gorgeous. The lighting is so beautiful and not too bright. I love how the hair recedes into the darkness, allowing the face to have more impact. Those eyes are gorgeous and haunting. I also love your technique, like the deliberate wispy brush strokes in the face and hair.
I only have two critiques. While I love the hair, it should have a bit more definition, especially as it meets the forehead at the top. The brush-stroke feeling is great, but adding a bit more detail in certain areas will go a long way.
The nose seems a bit off, especially on the right side. I believe it's the way you highlighted it - the nose seems to be an area you weren't too sure of and it looks "off". For example, the middle of the nose is pretty thick and needs to be slightly more concave. Perhaps use a reference for the nose?

I love how the hair is painted in chunks and not strand by strand, and I love the overall edgework! This is such a peaceful image and I really love the feeling of it!
but I would recommend you stay true to your light source, I can tell that your main is from the top right and the rest is reflected light. But in some areas you're making it look like there's light straight from the top (chin, around the nose, and beneath her left eye) I hope this makes sense.
I would also suggest you smudge out the hair more to give it a sense of fuzziness and blend a little where it attaches to her head.
I'm so in love with the scars! But they need to also be ruled by the main light source to read better (hints of shadow where it's appropriate)

This beautiful and original. The hair is very amazingly well done, this piece would look even more dramatic if the hair was more realistic (with every strand of hair drawn, but don't let me tell you what you style should be.) The eyes immediately grad you and pull you right in. The only thing that seems a bit off to me is that her lips look a little pursed and it doesn't fit the style of the drawing well. The drawing is dark and somber and the lips make it seem a little bit... out of character for the piece.
