Yes he is working with Anti but he is a good guy, Now James might do some villain stuff every now and then but that's because he is slowly becoming more and more crazy mad, and because of that he would be easier to manipulate.
Anti knows this and just waits until James is completely out of his mind.
But the thing is, James remembers his family and tries his best to be a good guy.
