Description
It was one of those peaceful days. Sitting on a lonely bench in front of a lake, was a black haired boy with crimson eyes named Red. He enjoyed the serenity of the scene in front of him. There was no one to disturb him. His best friend Green was busy with his girlfriend Blue, another close friend of Red. Little did he know, the silence was soon broken by a certain girl.
“Isn’t it a nice day?” she asked with her sweet and melodic voice, making the boy’s heart melt in a second. Red’s eyes shot wide open at the sudden vocal sound, and looked at her confused. She looked familiar, but couldn’t remember where he had seen her before.
The girl had nice (length) (colour) hair with gleaming (colour) eyes. A gorgeous smile adorned her beautiful face. She was wearing a (favourite colour) shirt with a pair of black trousers and matching shoes. The outfit was simple, but it somehow looked perfect.
“Do I know you?” he asked as he kept on staring at the girl standing in front of him.
The young woman’s smile never faded, despite her disappointed expression. “I’m not surprised you don’t remember me. I’m (First name) (Last name). Your classmate.”
Red did know a person with the same name and appearance. He just easily forgets many things. Although he was stunned himself on how he could not remember such a beautiful face and voice.
“I-I’m sorry!” he exclaimed as he sheepishly scratched the back of his head.
“It’s okay,” the girl smiled weakly as she sat down next to him. “I understand since I sit in the last row while you’re at the very front. I’m quite shy and silent. To be honest, people don’t really notice me recently,” she added with hint of sadness in her tone.
“I feel so bad,” Red said quietly.
“Don’t be.” She put her hand on his shoulder, and for some reason, it gave him shivers. “You know, I always wanted to talk to you. But you’re always with your friends and I’m way to scared to embarrass myself. But since you’re alone, I was wondering if you want to hang out with me today. Just the two of us…”
Red’s cheeks matched his name. Of course he wanted to spend the day with her. She seemed like a very nice person, not to forget she was cute, and she wasn’t a complete stranger since they are both classmates.
“Sure. What do you wanna do?”
The girl’s (colour) eyes sparkled as she heard his answer. They looked so full of life. She then got up and jumped excitedly.
“I aways wanted to go to this particular café with a friend. But I never got the chance since I didn’t really have any. But now I have you!”
Red chuckled at her behaviour and they both left to their destination.

As they both walked down the street, Red noticed many people were giving him weird looks. He tried to ignore it but it wasn’t that easy. After a few minutes later, they finally made it to the café and sat down. It took time to choose because the girl practically loved everything. When they finally made their choice, a waitress with long blond hair tied in a ponytail and brown eyes walked towards the couple.
“Hello and welcome to Pallet Café. Would you like to take an order?” she asked politely to the young man, completely ignoring the girl sitting across from him.
“Two (favourite flavour) milkshakes please,” Red said.
The female server’s brown eyes went wide, feeling completely shocked and confused, but didn’t bother asking as she noted the order and awkwardly left the table. People who were eating would occasionly gawk at Red which made him feel irritated. He didn’t know why they were giving him weird looks and stares, but decided not to make such a big deal. He just wanted to have a good time with his friend (First name).
Suddenly, two familiar figures appeared in front of them. “Yo Red! What are you doing here?” the spiky-brunet asked.
(First name) turned her head to see Green and his girlfriend Blue walking towards their table, both giving the same look as the others at Red.
“Remember (First name)?”
Both bodies stiffened as they heard the name.
“Of course we do,” Green replied in a shaky voice.
“Well, we met at the park this morning and she asked me out to eat at this café.” He then noticed their odd behaviours. “Guys, what’s wrong?” he asked worried.
“S-Should we tell him?” Blue whispered at her boyfriend.
Green closed his eyes, sighed deeply before opening them again and taking a deep breath before saying, “(First name) died a few days ago…”
