my fourth entry for the Sept 2017 Voroni Challenge - update - please readUpdate - please read:
I would just like to clarify one point to all artists looking to participate in this challenge:
Your main image should clearly show the native forms of Voroni texture; I am looking for typical spots, circles, cells and mosaic effects. I am NOT accepting images where the texture has been so distorted that these forms are not even visible. A VERY SMALL amount of distortion will be allowed if the basic forms can still be seen but if your texture just looks like fBM, Perlin or is just way too Turbulent then it will not be accepted.
I hope this clears things up. Unfortunately I have had to turn away a couple of images today because the voroni texture was just too distorted. I hope you understand that this challenge is an exercise in being creative with the basic Voroni forms. I need to see some evidence of this in every picture. To do otherwise would not be fair on those people who are experimenting correctly with the required forms.
